We underwrite every file in our heads before the bank does — partly for you, mostly because we like being right.
On the work
We're not going to show you a photo of a house you can't afford and ask for your phone number. A mortgage is a piece of engineering — rate, term, structure, timing — and it deserves better than a stock photo and a countdown timer.
Westgate Capital is a small, independent brokerage in Glendale. We work purchases, refinances, and the loans that don't fit neatly into a rate box on a website. No pipeline of leads, no script — one file at a time, done properly, occasionally interrupted by the office dog demanding a walk, and one very territorial squirrel outside the window who has opinions about all of it.
